If you're purchasing as a gift, we recommend the following sizes:

• Kids under 12: Size XS (14.5cm or smaller)
  
• Adult woman with small wrists: Size S (15.5cm or smaller)
  
• Adult woman: Size M (17cm)
  
• Adult woman with larger wrists: Size L (18cm or larger)
  
• Adult man with small wrists: Size M (16.5cm or smaller)
  
• Adult man: Size L (18cm)
  
• Adult man with larger wrists: Size XL (19.5cm or larger)
  

These are general guidelines, so we recommend measuring the recipient's wrist, or comparing it to your own as a reference.

All jewellery comes with an information card about the relevant crystal and is carefully placed in a small organza pouch.

If you are purchasing the jewellery as a gift, you can also choose to add a beautiful gift box with a leatherette pouch.

We take extra care when preparing your order for shipping. Each piece is securely protected before being placed in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring that your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented.

You can shower with your jewellery on. However, note that some details, such as the highlight beads, may fade or tarnish over with water exposure. For optimal condition, keep the jewellery out of water and take it off when exercising.

If you're using your crystals for their energy, we recommend cleansing them often - once a month, try placing them under moonlight or running them under cold water with intention.

For bracelets, wear on the left hand to receive healing energies, & on the right hand to protect or give others energy.

We ship to many countries via Australia Post.

For Australia wide, we charge a flat rate of $10 for regular postage and $20 for express postage.

For international delivery, there is a flat rate depending on the country of delivery. Ranges are from $25 - $65 AUD.

All orders are packaged inside a box to ensure delivery security.

Since all items are handcrafted, please allow a short processing time before shipping. In most cases, it will take 3-7 business days before being shipped. Please look at our shipping guide for more details.

We occasionally pop up at markets around Sydney, Australia. If you are in Sydney and able to travel to markets, FREE pick up is an available option. Please contact us directly to arrange the details, and we will send you a code to waiver the shipping fee at checkout.

To put on an adjustable bracelet pull on the beads next to the clasp to open the bracelet. It will extend from each side. After putting it on your wrist, hold one of the end beads with the hand the bracelet is on, and using your other hand pull the other side. Please check this video for a demonstration.
