Shipping policy

At Intuitive Charms, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

 

Shipping with Australia

We currently ship to Australia wide using Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 for regular postage and $20 for express postage. All orders are packaged inside a box to ensure delivery security.

Please allow a short processing time for handmade items before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Regular shipping is expected to arrive within 2-6 days, and express 1-3 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any delivery delays. Whilst we'll do our best to follow up with Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier.

 

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, items may be delayed longer, but we will always let you know if there are any delays.

 

Express Dispatch Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $20 for express shipping which includes express dispatch. We will do our best to dispatch within 1-3 business days of purchase date. However, please note that for larger orders, processing times may take a little longer. If you are placing a large or urgent order and need it delivered by a specific date, please contact us to ensure we can meet your timeframe.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally, but we're working toward offering this in the future. If you're outside Australia, please contact us to express your interest - with enough requests, we hope to expand soon.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels cause by postal services, but we'll always do our best to assist.
