At Intuitive Charms, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
Shipping with Australia
We currently ship to Australia wide using Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 for regular postage and $20 for express postage. All orders are packaged inside a box to ensure delivery security.
Please allow a short processing time for handmade items before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Regular shipping is expected to arrive within 2-7 days, and express 1-3 days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any delivery delays. Whilst we'll do our best to follow up with Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the courier.
International Shipping
We have a flat shipping fee depending on the country of delivery, and use Australia Post for our shipping service. We are currently shipping to Zones 1, 2 and 3 as defined by Australia Post. The zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New Zealand
Countries included: New Zealand
Standard shipping cost: $25 AUD
Express shipping cost: $45 AUD
Zone 2 - Asia Pacific
Countries included: Brunei, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Kiribati, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Niue, Pakistan, Papa New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis & Futuna
Standard shipping cost: $30 AUD
Express shipping cost: $50 AUD
Zone 3 - US & Canada
Countries included: United States, Canada
Standard shipping cost: $45 AUD
Express shipping cost: $65 AUD
Standard international delivery is expected to take 7 - 21 business days from after dispatch. For express it takes 3 - 7 days after dispatch. Dispatch for standard typically takes 3 - 7 days and express 1 - 3 days.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, items may be delayed longer, but we will always let you know if there are any delays.
Express Dispatch Shipping
Express shipping includes express dispatch. We will do our best to dispatch within 1-3 business days of purchase date. However, please note that for larger orders, processing times may take a little longer. If you are placing a large or urgent order and need it delivered by a specific date, please contact us to ensure we can meet your timeframe.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels cause by postal services, but we'll always do our best to assist.
